Headphones sound terrible

Sorry to say the headphones sound terrible. Love the tonie box but the headphones were very disappointing. Only the left ear phone works and it’s very quiet. Did some troubleshooting but no luck. Would like to return.

Love these headphones!

We are big fans of these headphones! My 3 year old loves them because he’s fascinated with figuring out he can hear things and we can’t, I love them because the cord can unattached if he gets tangled in them, and my five year old loves them because he leaves hers alone now! It was a great purchase!
