For some reason this toniebox is defective. I can’t skip or fast forward like I can on the other two. The hitting to skip function doesn’t work and neither does tilting it

the speaker on this box
the speaker on this box is so bad its hard to make out what the story is saying. The songs that come with the disney characters sound nothing like the real thing. Only half the characters connect. Really wanted to like this but using spotify and a bluetooth speaker works way better and is way better quality.

Whole family loves it!
We bought this for our daughter to help cut out screen time and it has worked so well! We can't wait to get more characters. Laurie Berkner is our favorite so far. Very popular with the whole family. The set up was super easy too!!

I have gotten each set of my grandkids Toni box and characters they are ages 1 to 8 all of them love them. Also makes an easy way to give them gifts of new characters. Highly recommend

Defective Tonie Box
I know it isn’t Macy’s fault but after spending hours charging and set up the tonie box will not work off the charger. Am using the Tonie exchange program but for a child’s toy this is absolutely ridiculous. Something needs to be done in QC so these work better. And no I don’t want to buy or figure out how to take apart to fix the battery.
