Best suitcase ever made

You cannot go wrong with Briggs & Riley. Their products are unlike no other. My advice is don’t waste your time purchasing inexpensive suitcases. Because they will fail you and with Briggs & Riley, there is a lifetime warranty. This is a one and done for me. After my first purchase several years ago. I have given my other suitcases away and ONLY bought Briggs & Riley. Donna

Dents and wheel damage

Bought 2 of these Torq Medium Trunk luggages and it is very disappointing. The corners are all dented and 1 of the wheels were damaged…from just one overseas trip!!! Yes, they’re backed up by their warranty but it’s a hassle to have them repaired. Best if you invest in another alternative

Light, but also lightweight materials

Agree with an earlier review that this case could use tougher materials. Just got back from just the second trip with the trunk to find a corner dented in. I was able to use a hairdryer to soften the plastic enough to remove the dent, but it still looks a bit wavy/bumpy from the damage, which was about 4 inches in diameter. Wheels are great…it rolls very true. Can fit a great deal of stuff without getting too terribly heavy.

I would give this bag zero stars if I could

I have used this bag exactly once. There was not a mark on it from the airlines. But the sewing on the flimsy piece that is sewn on the back of the lid came undone and partially disintegrated. It wasn't the airlines because I have the piece. Underneath, there is a small hole in the zipper because the stitching there also came undone. I have much cheaper luggage that is considerably better than this. Shame on Briggs and Riley for foisting off such a low quality bag on unsuspecting customers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Road Warrior

Love this spinner.. I've already traveled with it to 4 cities in a row and its survived. I have another 10 trips this year and am confident it will last. I am lucky if my previous luggage made it a year before breaking down.

Great for sports gear

Purchased this from de Catarina Luggage in Toronto. Used it to pack for 1 week scuba vacation in Caribbean with complete scuba gear and all of my clothes. Perfect size and weight coming in at just under overweight bag limit on Air Canada. Apart from a few white marks it came back unscathed. Best luggage purchase ever.

Only had it for a

Only had it for a few weeks. I will know better later this year when it has 200,000 miles on it. Like the size and shape. Warranty was a major decision factor for me; I hope I do not need to use. Wheels seem very good. Only problem is design of tag on back--it is s almost gone after 20,000 miles (see photo).
