New formulation and its changes

I have been using trace minerals for years as a daily vitamin in drink form so it is absorbed better. Recently I tried their new formulation (because that is all I can get now). It tastes much sweeter and claims no glycemic response. I am hoping this metabolically is true and that it doesn't trigger my dopamine response to "crave" more sweet things because of it. We will see. They also added D3 to the new formulation. So if you are chronically taking a D3 supplement make sure you take into account the extra 1000 IU (25 mcg) you're getting from this now. Further I do notice the folate is now methylated. This is great for all those MTFHR folks out there. I give the new formulation a 4 star because I wish there was more transparency on their packaging which let people know of the new formulation an its changes as it does affect individuals health. I would also like to be privy to the research regarding the "why" for the new changes. Again, on their packaging with a QR code or something. It leaves a bit of a foul taste (no pun intended) when companies do this without making the reasoning readily available to the consumer.....

This has been working well in conjunction with the trace potassium liquid ion. I haven't been having any heart palpitations or shortness of breath since.
