Poor delivery blocking gate to open

FedEx left the heavy boxes of shelving outside of our gate on the downhill side. So we could barely squeeze through. My wife had to pull the heavy boxes out of the way so we could open the gate. Clearly the gate cannot open uphill. The boxes do not appear to be damaged. Have not seen product yet.
