Terrible item and service

This is so flimsy, worse thank IKEA. I returned it and over a month later have not received my refund. I called Macy's and they confirmed they received the item but have to contact the seller in order for me to get my refund. They should refund me immediately. I will never buy from Macy's again.

Not so great

I usually love Macy’s products. This item is poorly made, and wobbles once assembled. I’m keeping it only cause it’s too big and bulky to return. A very pretty color. I’m waiting for the it collapses!!

Love It

It was easy to assemble by myself, and it looks great in my closet that has a pink and gold theme. More importantly, it can fit a lot of shoes. I've got right at 20 pair in it, including some boots laid on the side.

This is a very nicely built item, very sturdy and the colors are lovely. It looks even better in person. I would highly recommend.
