Oh Poop!

My dog had a #2 accident in the house this morning so I pulled it out the box and used it for the first time. It got out the stains from the poop so, I decided to clean the rest of the carpet. No more stains. The suction which is key to a well made carpet cleaner is awesome. Definitely would recommend.

Needs improvement

I'd love to give this machine 10 stars. I can't. The water tanks both came apart at the seam. I'm assuming the cleaning solution caused this to happenI can't give this any more stars although I wish I could. The problem is the water tanks.They are made in two pieces and over time they leak. I'm assuming the cleaning product causes this to happen. Otherwise I'm pleased as punch with it. And I'd gladly give it 10 stars. Profile image Nancy

Tank breaks easily

Used 3 times and the tank broke where you screw the cap on. Tried to contact them but got the run around.

Stopped working right after return window closed. I might as well purchased this on Etsy or SHEIN. Do not buy!

Poor product

I bought the ionvac 6 months ago. Used it 3 times. Try to use it just before Christmas and it will not spray. Followed instructions on troubleshooting and still nothing. Tried calling support but got message saying their phone service is not working. Tried messaging them but also reached a dead end with that. I will never buy an ionvac product again. Do not recommend anyone buying their products.

Not a good choice!

very poor quality with no exact instruction and suggestion with carpet cleaner formula, so I had to return it.

dirty water tank not hold but 1/4 till stops work

used few times and now found the dirty water tank only goes up 1/4 way which is where the max line is. so tank not able to fill up the rest of way as shuts down till dumping of water in tank. very poor design will not be buying again. others hold more dirty water. does spray the most water in a better spray pattern than my other brand. Hart.
