The BEST

The BEST pillows i have ever bought (and I've bought a lot of pillows). These are 20" so slightly larger than a stand couch pillow (18"). The pillow cover is soft and so is the actual pillow. You can "chop" these pillows.

Shipping Error Cost Me Money

The item is great, but I ordered two, and only one shipped. I went online to find out what happened and the customer service bot immediately issued a refund, even though I asked for a reshipment. I then chatted with a human who said there was nothing that could be done. Not wanting another mistake in shipment, I went down to my local Macy's and bought the items, which were no longer on sale.
