Macys needs to do better

These glasses came in a loosely sealed box, no case, and plastic bag. For luxury glasses. Arms were so widely bent they need to go back. I wouldn’t risk having them adjusted. Clearly these were a return. Not to mention I purchased these at regular price and 2 days later they were 45% off. I just don’t understand where the quality check with macys has gone.
