Did not receive in mail

I did not receive this necklace in mail, message changed our address number from 44 to 183 house number but all other Christmas items received, I did receive nutcracker, one was damaged I returned, please advise, for my service recovery process.

I love the necklace. It's very pretty and I love what it reads, "I Am Blessed."
