Terrible Service

I ordered a Men’s jacket and a scarf as a Christmas present for my nephew. It is Christmas and it’s not here. I ordered this about 3 weeks ago. “Shipped “ has been marked on each item for 2 weeks. NO UPDATES. I can’t get anyone to answer my questions. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I would give them ZERO stars if I was able to!!!!
