mossing pieces

I was disappointed after opening the box and found that its missing a piece and the holes didn’t line up ti put the canopy up. I contacted the seller and they never replied to my email or messages so until today I have no canopy installed.

Horrible and Macy’s is not helping!!

Awful and made incorrectly! No help from Macy’s what so ever. I am still waiting for them to make it right. If I could give it a negative zero I would. For the vendor and Macy’s

horrible don’t buy it

I wish I had read the reviews. 90% of my house furniture comes for Macy’s, so said let me give it a try. I have contacted the company and Macy’s and no one has been able to help me with this item. The table came completely broken and chairs are not straight no matter how we try to fix them. Macys should be ashamed of selling this item.

Very poorly made babydoll furniture

Very poorly made babydoll furniture, that looked bleached out, color was off( supposed to be blk/white) Disappointed with Macy's, hard time trying to return furniture. Stay away.
