Wrong Item in box TWO times

I ordered this for my grandson for Christmas, the wrong item was shipped, much smaller and cheaper than what is shown. I returned it and reordered and same thing, wrong item. Macy's tells me it ia a third party and will not do anything. I emailed the seller and have had no response.
