Bought as NEW received a defective second!

Watch listed as new. Received a watch that was scratched and the bezel being defective did not line up with the 12 hour marker. Obviously the watch was a return and not new. It is sad that for the past 50 years I purchased at Macys where they prided themselves with good quality products, now to sell seconds or returns as new. Returned watch the same day.
