Disappointing

Very disappointed. I received the mug after 10 days, a chipped one. I contacted the customer service, explained it and even sent a picture, however nothing happened! First they offered me an expedited shipping for a new item which I was happy with that, however, at the end they took back the expedited shipping offer, and I ended up returning it!
