Uneven collar grr

I was so excited to get this dress. Color wasn’t as pretty as online, but I still loved it, and wanted the longer skirt and long sleeves. The neckline was nice looking also. But the one I received was sewn very badly—it was smaller and lopsided on one side of the collar, so the neckline looked badly uneven—quite a hack job. Not fixable. Sadly returned. No longer on sale, so not reordering as full price too high for the gamble.
