Not received

I think I would like this blue top however I never received it. I ordered a month ago and obviously have paid for it. The tracking number says it was in Indianapolis on 3/1 after that nothing. Where is it?

Not good quality!

I bought two different colors of this, both M, one in lime and on this color. the lime is beautiful, fits perfect. This one is too thin and 2" smaller. why?

NOT YELLOW, NEON GREEN

YELLOW IS MY FAVORITE COLOR AND WHEN I SAW THIS TOP I HAD TO HAVE IT. WHEN I RECEIVED IT, THE COLOR WAS NOT A PRETTY YELLOW, BUT A NEON GREEN. DON'T BOTHER UNLESS YOU ARE PLANNING ON AN UGLY NEON GREEN.
