Great fan owned two for nearly 10 years no recall

Owned two of these that have been running f24/7/365 for nearly 10 years. Love them. Previous reviewer wrong- there has not been a recall on this fan. Vornado space heater was recalled.

Awesome

Got it from Mom more than 6 years ago. She had it for several years. It works great. I love the range of air and all the directions. Both my dog and I get all the air we need at night

Works good

I bought this 6 years ago.Im really happy with it.But I just heard it has a recall on it.I had no idea.I keep it in my bedroom. I'm sick with lupus and it puts me to sleep.

Flat panel medium fan

I just got this fan this evening. I am so excited. I owned a Vornado fan before and I loved it. This one is a smaller but sleek look is so stylish! So far the low and medium setting I like the best. High too loud. My room is not big and it is not so hot now but I do feel the difference with the fan on. I will come back later with another review since I just got it today. But so far I am happy

Cool Fan (literally and figuratively)

I inherited this fan. Sadly it didn't have remote but one quick email to the company solved that problem. No questions asked they sent me a replacement remote. Their customer support and their dedication to their customers satisfaction or bar none one of the best in the business. I am a customer for life now.

Stops working after about a year

I have gone through two of these fans and both have stopped working after a year. I have taken good care of them even taken them apart to clean to no avail. So frustrating. Don't waste your money!

This is a great fan

I bought this fan for my bedroom because the AC doesn't work well and I needed something to help move the air. This fan has great air flow on all 4 speeds and after a few minutes my room in noticibly cooler from the circulation! My only con is that my first one had a bad bearing and had a horrible squeak upon first use, but the warranty team was very helpful and I had a replacement within a week. You can absolutely feel the air from multiple angles as well.

Terrible Fan

Okay. My expectations as someone that is looking for a good fan at this price point is to be literally blown away. This did not happen. I was extremely underwhelmed by the power of this fan. Despite it's unique design, it does no better than a regular oscillating tower fan. Actually I would prefer the oscillation because the coverage simply isn't good enough for the amount of air it circulates. The remote I received was extremely sketchy and would only work if you were standing 2 feet away from the fan. What's the point? I appreciated the design of the fan overall but honestly the bells and whistles do not justify the price for this fan at all. After 4 months of use my fan has suddenly stopped working and I am very upset. I am going to be contacting customer support and am hoping that they at least have good customer service.
