Very disappointed

I have beeen fitted by a Waco’s specialist. I bought the exact bra I am currently wearing. The new bra is 1/2 inch smaller around and done up at the last hook. My old bra I use the middle hooks. I have not changed weight. What has happened to the bra sizing?

straps need work

comfortable material, but the straps are only half-adjustable, so you can't tighten the D ring all the way to the front. over the course of a day, the material naturally loosens and i start sagging, but since i can only adjust halfway, there is no support and i stay sagging. additionally, the band feels extra tight since the straps are supporting none of the weight. if they changed to fully adjustable straps, this bra would be much more comfortable and supportive
