Aquapal install

Install went decently as soon as I figured out that it takes a T-90 socket to tighten the brass fittings. I don't understand why the manufacturer could not have added that information to the manual. Connecting the device via the app was good.I wish there was a mounting bracket available for the device

Great feature set and excellent customer service

After backing this product on Kickstarter I was happy to receive it. It was almost exactly what I expected. I was able to set various automations to make sure someone in the family didn't forget the tap open somewhere. I had some small issue and customer service was extremely responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone interested in controlling their water usage. 6 stars if it eventually integrates with Home Assistant. Well recommended+++++

Great hardware, so so software!

I’m really happy with the hardware! It works really well, and in addition to the valve operation, it measures flow, pressure and temperature. I have yet to determine if mesures are accurate but it’s promising. Installation and setup are relatively easy. The app needs some improvements, especially on the historical data side of things but it’s a good start.
