Other occasion to buy:Shipping/packaging error, lack of comprehension by Macy's customer service rep.

Shipping error causes order cancellation

We never received the shipment. We received another person's order of coffee cups. We couldn't get the customer service rep to understand the shipping error - our address on the box, another's order and address inside. The other person received our shipment. We had no choice but to cancel the order. Very disappointing.
