No battery replacement:(

We were very impressed until I We discovered the charge was not working anymore and found that the battery is not replaceable:( Seems like a poor investment at this point to replace the entire unit. Ugh 😩

Squeaky Clean!

My dentist recommended the product as I have pockets due to periodontal disease and treatments. This works extremely well, and my mouth feels squeaky clean after use! Even if you do not have periodontal concerns, this is still a great product to use daily.

Like the features except for one

I like the product and it works well. However, while I am reasonably sure that WaterPik will honor their warranty, the battery in my unit stopped accepting a full charge shortly after the three-year period was up. What is really frustrating is you cannot replace the battery or the brush unit which would be a seemingly simple solution to solve this.
