Never arrived

I ordered this in early Feb. and it was shipped Feb. 6th but as of Feb. 27th never arrived. Customer Service through Macy's is very difficult to contact. I had to begin with their virtual chat agent on 2/16 and was asked the same questions repeatedly. I was told the order was supposed to arrive 2/13 and was finally connected to a live person. He told the arrival date was now 2/23. The concern came from the fact that there was no shipping data available through the tracking link (just said 'package information unavailable' and according to UPS the tracking info hadn't been updated since 2/8. So on 2/24 I opened a dispute with paypal to get a refund.

Soothes immediately.

It calms my skin immediately and keeps it moisturized. For some reason I always have an itchy neck and this soothes it when nothing else works. It’s miraculous. It helps to apply first thing in the morning.

Larger size please

This moisturiser is divine!Takes a few minutes to sink into the the skin.Genuinely gentle at and suits sensitive skin even around the eye area. It feels so nourishing and has a delicate natural fragrance.I only wish that it was available in larger sizes. It's a bit tricky to get all of the product out of the tube; I carefully cut it open and always find a good few more days worth hiding within. Take care though.
