White Ceramic Jar with Gold Tone

SUBMIT While I was happy that Macys took immediate action in replacing the vase, I was also disappointed upon receiving the replacement with visible marks that were glued on the inside of the vase to keep it from falling apart. Macys has maintained its good name as far as I can remember. It is sad that it would allow a company to send a repaired replacement with visible marks in the inside of the vase to a returning customer. I paid the asked price and should not have gotten this type of treatment. This is a slap in the face for anyone under such circumstances. I guess that being a customer is not important.
