decent product returned because the matching 16 pc set of same pattern was broken in shipping. the availability of product was very disappointing. after searching 3 patterns for 2 sets of 16 we had to settle for 1-16 piece set with the extra 4 set plates to set the table for dinner with matching plates.

Received both sets intact. Appear to be seconds. No one would have paid full price for these.
bad quality
The plates should be called ‘seconds or Irregular’ so disappointed to see bumps and dents in the plates. I am returning them.
Just what I wanted except......
I had the salad plates from this pattern and I decided to add the dinner plates. These are thick, solid plates and they do well in the microwave. One of the four arrived with a chip in it which was surprising because they were well packaged.
Exactly What I Wanted
This order of four plates along with the plates I already owned made a set of sixteen which I needed for a family dinner party. These plates are exactly like the ones I already own so I am very pleased. The plates arrived on the promised date and in perfect condition.
