Arrived chipped, not packaged with any care. Disappointed in Macys

Not happy with a broken gift or return policy.

Arrived broken and they were going to charge 9.99 to ship it back. There isn't a store less than an hour and a half away from us.

It came broken.

It came broken. The spreaders are unusable, they are so loose. One blade falls right out. One of the gifts on the spreader is chipped. I was hoping to get a new one, but they are unavailable now. :(
