Arrived broken times 3

Ordered this after Christmas because it is adorable, had it shipped to the store, when the associate was walking from the back with the box I knew it was broken because I could hear the pieces rattling around. Re-ordered, shipped to store, arrived broken. Re-ordered, shipped to store, arrived broken. Three strikes and I was out. Poorly packaged at the manufacturer, how about some Styrofoam to keep the pieces from clunking together, just a thought.

Inconsiderate packing

There was no packaging around this item, it arrived broken in pieces. I was not able to make it back to the store over the last few weeks and now find that the return window closed. Wasted my money and very unhappy with Macys online ordering

BROKEN

This would have been a very cute item to have, but, it arrived broken. I do not understand why or how they cannot package something to ensure its safe arrival! I am so disgusted with the lack of concern people have now as to how they do their jobs. Such a waste of a beautiful piece!!!

Do Not Order This

It's cute and it matches my other Winterberry things, but it was shipped without any packaging at all inside the box, and the bubble wrap around the outside of the box didn't make any difference. It arrived in multiple pieces.
