BROKE IMMEDIATELY AFTER

I was thrilled to see that the hair clip had arrived! I bought it as a gift for her good grades. She cried on the 3rd day it was used. Very disappointed, especially when I spent a lot of money for a hair clip.

Item is NOT from Macys, it’s from 3rd party vendor

I’d give 0 stars if I could. *BUYER BEWARE!* This item was NOT returnable through Macys, as it's SOLD THROUGH a 3rd party vendor. (I didn’t know that!!) Which means Macys told me to contact the company selling the product to see if I could return. After 2 Phone calls to Macys (which rings in the Philippines), and an unanswered email to the seller, I decided it’s less hassle to donate the product Locally-and just pay for it on my Macys bill. Look, I shop at Macys for good products and good customer service. I EXPECT A PRODUCT FROM MACYS, NOT from some other company. NOTE TO MACYS-PLEASE DON’T SELL 3rd Party Vendor products—you may lose good, loyal customers. SHOPPERS-beware when you place online orders that the description reads Sold By MACYS (rather than some 3rd party vendor).
