No telephone customer service — buy elsewhere for a reliable fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The band and cup size on every one was astronomically too large, with the cups big enough for me to sit in or use as large cap on my head. I am not kidding. I used their sizing guidance carefully and ended up with a disastrous result. Furthermore, customer service is unavailable so there is no way to discuss a better fit in an extreme situation like this.

Very comfortable
