Disappointed with my purchase

The boots were not the color I was expecting when I unwrapped them. They are too narrow in the toe and I have a very narrow foot. The leather is extremely stiff. I would return them, but I purchased them on sale.

One boot looks good, the other looks old and worn

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One boot looks good, the other boot looks old and worn. Maybe a previous return? But the leather on it looks wrinkled and used. See pic. These boots are also heavier than I thought. I don’t know if they were worth it. Worried about the rubber bottom peeling off too, as others have mentioned.

VERY stiff

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These boots are extremely stiff, making it very difficult to put them on and take them off, as well as uncomfortable to walk in. My daughter had to actually help me pull them off because they’re so stiff. Not sure what to at this point but I’m very disappointed with this purchase. I previously purchase a suede pair a couple of years ago, and those are nothing like these.

Boot Falling Apart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband bought me these boots for Christmas. It’s now March and I’d say I’ve worn them possibly 5 times. They are already falling apart. I’m obviously really disappointed in the craftsmanship. I had heard great things about Nisolo but will clearly not be buying from them again if their boots start peeling apart after a few wears.

Not happy with this purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think they’re a beautiful boot and beautifully made but the leather (especially to call them the everyday boot) should have some give and should be a soft leather. The top is so hard it it gave me rug burn. Had I kept them on any longer it would have broke skin. So i only wore them once but I do plan to bring them to the shoe maker to A- softener them and B widen them out. The only thing I really dislike like about this brand is the leather is too hard and the shoes are very narrow. I hope they start making all shoes a little wider. Not every woman has extremely skinny feet. And wide width should also come in all sizes including size 5 and 5. 5. I don’t know why shoe companies start their wide width from a 6. And just for the record my feet aren’t wide but my mother didn’t wrap them so I can have extremely narrow feet either.

Beautiful, but too narrow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love these shoes. Perfect style, and the color (almond) is prettier in person than on the website. Leather quality looks great. Unfortunately the toe area is too narrow and uncomfortable. 5 years ago I would have suffered through. But, no more! Had to return.
