So disappointing!

I’m a long time Macy’s shopper, this dress surprised me, the fabric is cheap and very wrinkled when l received it, no quality at all. I’m returning it ASAP. Not at all what lm used too . I will never buy from this seller again. I did like the color is all l can say.

The dress ran very small, especially in the chest area. I loved the color, but ended up returning the dress.

Not What I Expected

I ordered this dress online. I got the one in royal blue. It arrived very wrinkled.. I took it to Macys store to return it before the deadline to return. The woman at the counter said I could not return it because it was not a Macys product. Then she says I could go home and print a return label and bring it back and then they could return it to the company! It has been about 3 weeks since mailed it via UPS on my own and I have not gotten a refund. I will never order this brand again. The Greenville SC Macys return counter people are awful.
