Buyer Beware! Rewards Steals your money!

If I could I would give Macy's a minus 10! They stole $9.81 from me and they say that there is nothing that they can do about it. I purchased a shirt from them which I returned however they took $9.81 out of my refund for star rewards points. Mind you I never used star rewards to purchase the shirt. I paid $36.99 for the shirt and only received $27.18 back on my credit card. They said I received $10.00 in star rewards when I purchased it and since I returned it they took the money back even though I never purchased anything with the money they said they gave me. This was my money that they stole from me and now say that I have 2 more days to use the money if I wanted but they can't give me back the money. If I used the money it would have been different and I would have agreed with them, but I didn't. So buyer beware. This is stealing and I want every one to know that this is the practice of Macy's and they should go out of business for this practice!
