Item damaged during shipping and not replaced

Received a notice that the item was damaged during shipping and discarded at the warehouse and when the item was reordered it was no longer available. I believe the item which was a limited item Texas Rangers championship logo hoodie was probably stolen at the warehouse and the item was not immediately reordered l. When I called in to inquire it was reordered but subsequently I was told it was out of stock. I am so angry!!! This was a Xmas gift for my mother in law who is a huge rangers fan and just lost my father in law. This has become a horrible Xmas. Thanks Macy’s for your subpar customer service and complete failure to manage your shipments!!! I wish I could give 0 stars or -10 stars.
