Lost In Transit_No refund_Horrible CustomerService

I have never received the shoes (ordered two pairs). The maycy's site states it has been delivered. The Maycy's customer service confirmed that it lost in transit but refuse to help stating that besides notifying the seller there is nothing they can do to help to get the refund. The seller was notified 8 days ago and never responded. The customer service said I had to contact the seller myself. Seriously? Customer service representative kept me online for two hours. It takes them 5-15 or even 20 minutes to answer the question: pretty obvious they do it on purpose to wear customers off, don't respond questions directly, or totally ignore them, make typing box of the customer service inactive to close the chat or quickly disconnect if you don't respond right away. These guys definitely found dirty tricks how to brush off customers. Shame on Maycy's upper management for not monitoring their representatives.
