Tisha Lace Bra Not Received - Macys Help

I bought the Tisha lace bra and it was to be delivered by 4/25/2025. I just checked the tracking (4/28) and it says UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box the item is being returned. I want the item I purchased. I received this feedback even though I haven't received the item I bought. Macys Help. I can be reached via email.

Different strap construction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty bra, but the wide-set straps were not something that I needed. I can see that these would be good for certain necklines on some clothes.
