Snugglicious.

I love the warmth coming from under me rather than on top like a conventional electric blanket. It is so nice getting into a warm bed on a cold winters night.

A staple

Woolrich is a must for a good nights sleep. I use this cozy wool mattress pad for a guest room and people raved about the comfort. The sheets don not slip and it provides a comfy and breathable feel. For winter the controls offer warmth preventing a draft from under the mattress. I leave it on all year and it feels nice in the summer without the controls of course. The quality is top and they have no rival if you ask me. I ended up putting one on my own bed and I love it.

Product is Miss

My new Woolrich Sherpa Electric Mattress Pad was purchased new within the last 8 months. I ordered it online, received it and it worked perfectly until 5 days ago. I followed the troubleshooting steps, this did not fix the issue of it not heating up. I called the Customer Support Number and was given something else to try which I did. The issue has not been fixed. I then needed the Serial Number from the Law Tag. My Woolrich Sherpa Electric Mattress Pad Law Tag doesn't have a Serial Number or a Barcode. I have tried to troubleshoot this issue on line without success. I am always redirected to Woolrich.com however clicking on the site produces an error message simply bringing up all the items they can sell you

Defective on arrival

Broken out of package. Right side of bed did not heat regardless of which comptroller I used. When i filled out return slip and checked defective, an exchange was not offered. This is third brand of electric mattress pad i have used. None lasted more than 18 months.

Decent

Heats very well. It is not tight fitting around the bottom so causes it to be lose. It would be nice if it would have a timer or auto shut off after a certain amount of time.

Great but wouldn't choose it again

Works great and is comfortable under us. The only problem is that the control clicks loudly when you change the setting or turn it on/off. This is a problem as it wakes the other person.

Don't buy this if you can't afford to just replace

This was great until it stopped working. It didn't last a single winter and even though it was supposed to have at least a 2 year warranty, they claim 5 years limited, they won't replace it or refund me. They're giving me the run around because they know I probably don't have time to fight with them. So learn from my experience and buy something else or buy it with the understanding that it probably won't last and they don't stand behind it.

Comfy & Warm!

Comfortable King size pad, can’t feel the wires at all and I am a princess and the pea! Great buy & I am sooo glad I purchased this! Buy it, you won’t t be disappointed!
