change it for a new one or where should i take it

I am happy but my friend just called me that one of the diamomd stone fell of the ring.!! Please let me know if what should I do? should I take it to one of the Macys stores or return it and get a new one....please let me know Thanks

Cloudy Diamonds

I loved the design and the ring comes in size 6 so I don’t have to resize. However, the color of the diamonds especially the centerpiece seems off, very cloudy and not as brilliant as the one in the store. I’m not very satisfied and want to return but I love the design…
