Beware of Macy’s Customer Service

Beautiful bracelet but I returned it because of Macy’s customer service and how poorly I was treated when it was initially not delivered. USPS marked it delivered but it was not in my mailbox or anywhere else on my property. When I contacted Macy’s to inquire and ask them to resend, they responded later that day saying that following their investigation, they refuse to reship or refund me for the loss. Fortunately, I received the bracelet 3 days after USPS said it was delivered so I returned it. It was likely delivered to the incorrect mailbox and luckily that person dropped it in my mailbox. However, if it hadn’t been for that I would’ve lost the entire value of this bracelet. Beware if you decide to shop at Macy’s for higher valued items!!
