Pretty but a bit disappointing

Very pretty but not the quality I expected to go with the price of the dress. The fabric is very thin and the ruffle doesn’t seem to be stiff enough to fully stand up. I am glad I got it on sale as I would have been very disappointed to spend the original price for it. Also, I believe it must have been a return as the immense amount of a perfume still has not completely subsided after hanging it out for over a week.
