Horrible customer service

The dress came with a big tear in the back I wanted to exchange for another one but it wasn’t in stock. I asked for an adjustment so I can get it fix and was told I can’t get anything.

To small, to shiny

The size is much smaller than it should be. The dress is very shiny and the moment I took it out of the bag my whole room was covered in gold glitter
