Unreliable Shipping from Macy’s

I’m very disappointed with this order. I purchased a perfume from Macy’s for my friend’s birthday and expected it to arrive on time. It’s been over a week, and I still haven’t received it. Even after 8 days, there’s no update on when it will be delivered. This delay completely ruined the gift timing. I expected better service from Macy’s.
