Never Received my order

I placed this order 6 days ago and the tracking shows item not received by UPS. I chatted with the customer service - who was EXTREMELY unhelpful. They kept repeating that I will magically get the order in a day and insisted 10 TIMES that the order is in transit. This went on for a good 30mins Finally they said I should reach back out again in a week if I had not received the order. I did not want to waste another 30minutes of my life so I asked them to cancel the order. They said they can't because it was not placed in the last 30mins. my ONLY option is initiate a return after receiving the order (if I receive it that is) or chat with them AGAIN if I don't get it.
