Terrible

not what I expected from Macys

first of al it’s flimsy and tilts forward. The spout as a cover that has to be remove each time you use the machine bit the spout is so closed to the base so I have to lift off the whole machine just to remove the cover under it to use it. then the product you have in it spills everywhere. it’s just impossible.

Looks nice, but not sturdy. Was expecting a better quality, especially for the price.
