Convenient knife for beginners

Convenient for slicing tomatoes, baguettes, anything you would use a serrated knife but smaller than your traditional bread knife

Zwilling Gourmet Utility Knife

I received this knife as a gift from my daughter. She has a set and this is her favorite. I certainly can see why! It has a good solid feel, is very sharp and slices through both soft veggies like tomatoes and hard veggies like carrots effortlessly. My old favorite knife has been put aside as this has become my new favorite. Such great quality. I love it!

Amazing!

At the store where I purchased this, they had some carrots to be used for checking out the knives. This knife cut through those carrots like it was cutting through butter! The knife itself is lightweight and well designed, fitting comfortably in my hand. I am looking forward to using it.

A great specialist

This knife works well on breads. However the other use I have found for it is on softer tomatoes. The always sharp serrated edges slice the skin without crushing the whole tomato.
