Cement
This mattress is so hard that it feels like you’re lying on a concrete slab. It is so uncomfortable, it does NOT conform to your body at all. We tried buying expensive mattress toppers and it still just feels like we put a topper on a cement slab. We need extra firm as we are a bigger couple and medium firm tends to get super soft really quickly but this is just too hard. We really wonder if it’s a defective mattress because there is no way that anyone finds this comfortable. The description mentions multiple layers of foam, im not sure how that’s possible with how this mattress feels

doesn’t hold up
We have had this mattress for less than 2 years, in a part time home. We have slept on it for about 10 months total. There are pockets/dips where we both sleep. In addition , we are smaller than average people. We have a 15 year old tempur pedic in our guest room, that we slept on for more than 10 years that does not have those. Spend the little bit extra money and buy a better mattress. We are very disappointed.

Great mattress
I wanted to wait a couple of months before I wrote a review. Our bed was at the 10 year mark and needed to be replaced, there was no more support and once we started waking up with back pain I started shopping around. I was hesitant to buy an extra firm mattress but the reviews were good so we purchased. It took 2 days for our bodies to adjust now we sleep very well and LOVE this mattress! The support is excellent 🤗 I was worried about the mattress being too firm but it's perfect and comfy and great price. It's not easy making a decision when buying a mattress because its an important one, sleeping well is key to good health so I hope this review helps you make your decision.

Sorry pillows
Have not received the mattress yet. Received the King pillows that were SUPPOSED to be extra firm but they ARE NOT !!! they are soft, soft, soft !!!!! No firmness AT ALL! I am angry and very disappointed !!

Not extra firm mattress
The first few weeks was very firm, it was sinking at the body lower back position. It is not extra firm mattress.
