I bought this mattress for my father-in-law who is 85 years old. He’s had it for almost a week now and is sleeping like a baby.

Poor quality

I purchased 3 mattresses end of 2022 and called Macy’s to check 2 of them out as they are dipping on one side. Surprisingly 3rd mattress is totally fine. It’s been so uncomfortable to a point that our back hurts now to lay on them. They sent a service guy to come take a look at them. And then someone called me with inspection report that they are not going to replace them since dip is less then a quarter inch. This was ridiculous since I can tell dip is definitely more than quarter an inch. Now they are telling me that they won’t send someone to reinspect within next 90 days. What a poor quality and service. I would never use them again.

Bad mattress

I have had this mattress for 4 months and it's already lost its firmness. Inspection came out and said there is no manufacture defect therefore they can't do anything about it.

not delivered

I would love yo write a review and tell you that our new mattress is wonderful however, the salesmen didn't mention that the mattress was on back order. . So when I call customer service to inquire about my delivery they could not even give me an estimate on when it would be available. Very disappointed at this junction of the process.

Love This Mattress

I really love this mattress. My old mattress was a Sealy Postureedic, but this new one is much better. I love going to sleep on this mattress. I am so glad it was available in the store for me to test. It is Ultra Firm, but not hard...It has the support my back needs. No more back aches in the morning.
