The pants fit nicely. Unfortunately, they wrinkled very badly in the wash and I could not iron out the wrinkles completely with a steam iron. Even worse, the fabulous purple color noticeably faded in the cold water wash. I recommend the pants if one does not mind that they fade and have to be ironed.

What happened

I am uncertain about the reason for my order being processed separately, but I work at the corporate office in Herald Square. If feasible, could you arrange for the item to be shipped to my registered address? If that is not an option, I would appreciate it if you could collaborate with the "At Your Service" team to have them retrieve the item from Herald Square so that I can collect it.
