this rug was a horrific waste of money. It did not hold up to the weather and it states it is an outdoor rug. it is not. but it could never be an indoor rug because the smell of the chemicals in this rug were unbearable even outdoors. it will be at the curb before the end of this season

I'm enjoying the colors, dimensions and cushiony feel of the new Safavieh runner. I agree with the previous reviewer that the ends of the rug curl up a bit, but I also appreciated the tip from the manufacturer to turn the rug over for a night. It definitely flattened out the runner more, and we expect it will flatten out with all the walking we do over it. I recommend using some carpet tape at the ends to keep it safely in place. The runner filled the missing piece in our apartment, so no complaints here.

I only gave these runners 1 star because I’ve had them laid out flat for 2 weeks and they are still curled and dangerous. I’ve bought sticky rug pads and shuffled and walked on them with no success. The design and weave are very nice but I don’t know what else to do. I’m going to try carpet tape now. If this doesn’t work they’ll have to go.
