Beyond disappointed

It's been a little over 22 days since I wrote about what happened with the suitcase I bought. On the very first trip I used it, the main zipper stopped working. I wrote a review and got excited because it said the Samsonite team would reach out to me — but they haven’t. I don’t know if they just say that to look good in front of people reading the reviews.

Great lightweight suitcase!

Purchased the medium Samsonite AirLift during a sale at Macy's and couldn't be happier! Just got back from a trip to three countries in Europe with an UNDERweight bag. Everything fit in a single bag with no overage fees! Hoping another sale is on the horizon so we can replace all of our old, heavy suitcases with lighter options.

Perfect carry on piece for weekend or short trip

This is the perfect piece for a short trip and fits the specifications as carry on. It has more room inside with the bonus of the pockets outside. Love that the handle is not only on top but also on the side. The item weighs only 5 lbs. The spinner wheels are a complete 360 degrees and easy to maneuver. I purchased the bright blue for my grandson for his upcoming birthday. I could certainly purchase again.
