Terrible! The items I ordered were removed from box. Dirty and tags & labels falling off. Giving as a gift. So I refuse items at curbside pick up and return the items and re-ordered them and asked that when the new items were shipped to the store to keep them in the boxes. I was assured that would happen. Only one of the two items came in and I was told if I didn’t pick it up they would restock it so I came to pick it up and of course it was removed from the box. Still waiting on the second item. So I need to make a third trip back to probably pick up another unboxed item. Never again. No thank you Macy’s.

My carry on samsonite Xtralight 3.0 is okay but it has some issues. The handle doesn’t always catch and lock properly. So i have to play with it to get it to lock into the low position. The zippers are tight around the corners, so they don’t zip smoothly. The size is okay. It smelled weird when I first opened it. So I wiped it out and sprayed it and it’s okay now. I wish it had a water bottle holder. We need another carry on but I won’t buy this one again.

The suitcase is extremely durable, versatile, and worth purchasing based on its strong fabric material. I just feel as though the cost is overpriced, no thanks to these horrific futile tariffs that have been imposed in the country (pathetic disgrace!!!).
